The keyboard is wonderful - everything is where I expect it to be, and only a light touch is needed. The touchpad is better than most (though I prefer a mini-mouse anyway), and the display is very bright - indeed I found it far too bright for my liking, and was delighted to discover that when I reduced the brightness it made a big difference to battery life. I haven't yet managed 12 hours battery life, but 8 hours is easily achievable, and I reckon I'll be getting 10 hours soon. A printed manual would have been nice, but hey, think of all the trees that have been saved.

I had been considering the Samsung N140, but I'm glad the N210 came along before I committed. Highly recommended!

I bought one of these for xmas 09 for my two daughters, i searched the shops for around two months looking for the right one.
It needed to have wireless, bluetooth, webcam, and an xd,sd card reader, this little netbook has the lot. Having said that, it doesn't have a cd drive but primarily i wanted this so i could chat online with my girls including live cam, absolutely superb.
highly recommend it.
Works well with mobile broadband and if you want to load music onto it you can always do it via a memory stick from another pc or buy an external drive.Or download it!

I brought this netbook three months ago and i love it, it's easy to use , It boots up and is ready for use in about a minute , and is really fast when using it on the Internet loading pages etc, although only a small netbook the keys on keyboard are quite big and I have had no problems , it took me a few days to get used to the mouse, a previous laptop had a square mouse this is more oblong but after a few days i was fine with it , not a prob with the mouse just me getting used to it, its very light and compact easy to transport, the monitor quality is second to none, and I haven't found anything i havent been able to do yet.
I have also found it doesn't get hot either , just warm and is also really quite, even when the fan starts up its no more than a slight hum which i hardly really notice.
I'm not really into playing games but i do play online poker and again have had no problems whatsoever.
The downside is it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive but in someways this makes it more compact and light and personally something i wouldn't use everyday anyway, i have purchased a small separate DVD drive for when i do need one and to be honest I prefer it this way.

I have mainly used it connected to the power supply as the monitor is better lit up etc but have used it on battery power a few times and its fine, i once used it for 2 hours 45 mins on battery using several windows and a music download and it still had battery power left I think I could of got at least three hours use.

Overall this is a great little netbook and now the only computer i own and want to own, i really do love it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Needed a replacement as original broke. Expected to pay alot more especially as its a geniune part. Very pleased. Would recommend.

I bought this laptop adapter after doing lots of googling. This price of this product was cheapest on the net.
Unfortunately the adapter didnt even last for couple of days. The power supply was stopped altogether.
I gave a mail to the seller and he responded immediately and sent a new one. Its woking now.

The product is good, works just fine. Well not exactly like the original HP charger i had earlier. Delivery was satisfactory. The only problem with the product is that the charger does not fit in the laptop's jack perfectly as its suppose to, its a bit flimsy and loose cause its a little smaller than what its suppose to be and thus tends to be a bit loose in the jack but does not fall out so works fine. Overall its a good product worth its value and so would recommend it.

Im an averagely competent IT person, and this was simple. I followed the instructions and it works, and continues to do so, very well.

Another great feature that many NAS drives don't have is the print server. This again works really well and was a breeze to setup, really surprised as I was thinking it might be a bit of a pain.

If there is a down side it is with the auto mode. In this mode the drive is supposed to be able to detect when a machine is connected to the network and automatically wakes up the drive. When all computers have then left the network the drive will power itself down. This is achieved by installing software (NASNavigator2) on each machine wanting to connect to the NAS drive. However this software will only work correctly if the machines with the software installed are on a wired network. The NAS drive will not recognise and wake up when any computers that connect wirelessly are turned on. Looking at the forums Buffalo have basically admitted that it is flawed and recommend leaving the drive in the on position and then using the sleep facility accessed via the web interface. This seems to be a reasonable workaround.
Thats it for me- doesnt seem to crash and works.

The Acer Aspire One 751 has been blasted for it's 1.22 GHz processor seeming underpowered when compared to it's 1.6 GHz couterparts. I knew I wanted a bigger screen though as the Netbook is for meeting clients and making amendments to Graphic Design jobs, there an then but still in a compact body as a full size notebook is not ideal to take to a coffee shop. The 2 GB ram version just seemed to make sense for this cause, a quick upgrade from Vista Basic to Windows 7 Home Premium and it was performing pretty well indeed.

the delivery was within the 48 hour period and well packages. . .not used the netbook as it is a gift wrapped up for my daughters xmas prezzie.but overall with the order,delivery and condition of the packaging im impressed.

I've installed Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Freehand MXa on it which both run perfectly, yes i'm an Illustrator holdout...

Overall the 2GB ram, 7 hours battery and large screen more than makes up for the slightly slower processor and i'm not using it for just browsing.

If you do presentations using PowerPoint, then this is a MUST HAVE item.

Cheap to buy, easy to operate. Plug on bit into the USB on the PC or Laptop and off you go. Moves presentation forward, backwards, into blackout and has a small red light which you can shine onto the screen to highlight a point.

I have been using a cheaper slide changer and became frustrated by it freezing after about a third of my Powerpoint slide shows (I lecture at a University) I bought this changer and have been delighted by it faultlessly changing slides every time I wanted it to. I have grown used to its slightly unusual shape and like the way the receiver fits into the handle. Five out of five for this useful tool.

Very good indeed, simple to use, and works with the minimum of fuss. Would recommend for ease, and functionality of use, the built in laser pointer is great.

Despite the other two quick negative reviews of this product, both of those problems could have been avoided if the buyer had read the product description. It clearly states measurements for your netbook to be to fit into the case. I ordered this for the Compaq mini 700, and it fits beautifully and the mini 700 is a 10.2 inch netbook. So in conclusion, check the measurements of your netbook before ordering, and if it fits, its fantastic value for money!

Bought this product for my acer net book I am really pleased with it, very good quality.

I've set up the 901 so VLC starts automatically when a DVD is inserted, and all the DVDs I've tried play at full-screen with no stuttering or dropped frames. It also seems happy getting power from the USB port with no need to use the separate power supply that comes with it. The build quality is reasonable although not particularly rugged.

I would recommend this device for any laptop or netbook that doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD drive. Note that it reads and writes to CD, but is read-only with DVDs.

I installed Nero burning from my own disc, I then made a test data disc, & everything works as smooth as you like, & all without external power, just the USB connection.
I can highly recommend this product, it is light, slim, very easy to setup, & use, it is also a nice price.

Got this for watching DVDs on my netbook. So far it has been reliable, no skipping, no issues with not being on flat surfaces - a good little DVD drive

Reviews Sony VAIO Z51W GB 13.1-inch Notebook

I have been looking at purchasing a laptop from the Z series for a while now, and I am glad I waited for this model to be released before making my purchase. Physically the laptop is perfect, just the right form factor and weight, with a crystal clear display to match.

I was initially worried about compatibility between my existing applications and Windows 7, however I am pleased to say that I did not face a single compatibility problem.

The applications I typically use are Adobe Creative Suite CS3 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Overall I am extremely pleased with this machine.

I feel this is a great laptop, light weight, good battery life, crystal clear display.

Like most users looking at adopting Windows 7 early on, I was worried about potential compatibility problems. All my application software worked fine, the only trouble I has was with Daemon Tools (which was written for an x86 CPU). However I found plenty of tools out there to do the same task as Daemon Tools under 64 bit Windows 7.

I also had a problem using my t-mobile web-n-walk broadband sim with this unit, as sony now supplied software for orange broadband only. A Windows 7 version of GlobeTrotter Connect fixed this.

None of these however are 'laptop' specific issues, oveall I am very happy with my purchase.

there's a brief leaflet that pretty much just tells you how to connect the power cord and switch it on. The system then leads you through basic setup on screen (N.B. when it asks you what type of keyboard you have, choose UK - it suggests US as default, but then you'll never find your "@" symbol). There's an electronic manual on the desktop which is worth a look at some stage, although isn't required to get started. Attaching to my home wireless internet was easy (once I'd remembered where I'd stored the network settings).

Comes with Windows XP, Internet Exporer, Media Player and PDF viewer pre-installed. Also a 3 month license for McAfee anti-virus (if you want to install other anti-virus such as Kaspersky, make sure you uninstall McAfee first to avoid conflicts). So you're ready to roll with the internet, playing music/movies, reading PDFs. However, if you want to do Word, Excel etc you'll need to buy MS Office (if you don't have it already).

Once set up, it does a backup of the initial setup so that you can always (if worst comes to worst) roll back to its original state. It also had to download some updates for Windows and it recommended I download Internet Explorer 7, which I did. I guess it's a shame that wasn't the pre-installed version but updating it was easy enough.

This netbook is just a great travel companion. The 10" screen is great (personally I find 9" and 8" too small) and the almost full keyboard is a must. The most problematic key is the right shift key, but after using it for about 2 hours I got used to it and to use the fn key (needed to press home, end, and other keys).
The battery life is amazing, I used it for a bit more than 2 hours and the battery had more then 50% of charge.

The first thing that strikes you on opening it up is how different it looks from both the NC-10 and N110 : it has a good-quality, superbright non-glossy wide screen which looks far more chic than its predecessors; the silver edges give it an expensive-looking appearance and it seems stronger than the NC-10 as well as being more lightweight and without the finger-smudging problem. It has a fabulous 6-cell battery that SAMSUNG claims might be able to last for up to 11 hours. This is something of an exaggeration, but you should be able to get around 7+ hours out of it and more if you upgrade it to a 9-cell one. Its wifi is the best currently on the market since it can cope with b, g and also N. It has quite good speakers for its size and easily copes with BBC iplayer and their equivalents. Its RAM memory is 800MHz and not 667MHZ as you find on the NC-10. It should therefore be faster. However, you would be advised to upgrade it to 2Gb as there are times when it can appear slow. When you are in battery mode, the power settings are set to maximise battery life which means a reduction in performance which can lead to problems when watching online TV.

Not being a gamer I've actually used this netbook to replace my PC and it has been working fine running the likes of Spotify, Firefox, Microsoft Office and downloading all at once. Setting it up to run using a large monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse hasn't been a problem and the change in speed between this and my old PC is hardly noticeable.

The keyboard and touchpad are a pleasure to use, although getting used to a slightly smaller keyboard takes a bit of practice! The 3 USB ports are conveniently located (2 on 1 side 1 on the other). As I mentioned the speed has been great and the speakers perform better than my larger portable ones. The battery life appears good although I've mostly been running it off the mains. The wireless internet connection has been perfect and far better than my previous PC which had an external aerial.

Great machine but beware as there is no bluetooth option installed even though Amazons page for it says there is. As for windows 7 it's good but being the starter edition you cannot even do simple things like change the wallpaper (unless you upgrade to higher than starter edition) Well done microsoft!!! Amazon customer services were very helpful.

I love the machine. I didn't upgrade to 2gigs Ram and haven't found the reason to. Windows 7 starter is just fine for someone like me and the computer runs like a champ. I travel the world with it and have had no problems. Good work to ASUS. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good travel computer.

Here is the detail in comparison to any windows machine in this price territory (I looked hard). The good:
- Slim, weighs 2 kg, around 0.5kg less than most
- Fast processor and 1066 MHz DDR3 RAM. Its 2.53GHz pricier sibling is a touch faster but I would only go for that for photo/video work with its extra RAM and disk.
- Excellent design and finish - it should get an award
- Reliable, secure, small footprint OS
- Excellent battery life, LED backlit display
- Low noise - essentially silent in operation until the noisy DVD drive spins up.

The Screen - Owning both a 9-inch netbook and a 15-inch full laptop, I knew I wanted something in between and 13" happened to be the sweet spot. Before it arrived I thought it was going to be a bit too small but as it turns out it is just the right size. The edge-to-edge glass is great for cleaning although it does reflect a lot but you will soon learn automatically how to position the screen depending on the light source around you. The brightness is perfect and can go from relatively dark to extremely bright so is great for all light conditions.

iSight Camera - This is the integrated webcam and it plays one of the most important jobs in my opinion. Not only is it a webcam for your Internet video chat but it also is an ambient sensor which means that it will constantly detect the light around you and brighten and dim the screen and do the same for the keyboard. You won't notice it happening but when you do think about it, it is amazing. The quality of the iSight is sufficiently good for YouTube though it is by no means amazing - you could get away with some video podcasting with it.

The keyboard - This is yet another part of the computer which I had never paid any attention to before - because a keyboard is just a keyboard right? Well actually, this keyboard is amazing to type on - the spacing between the letters is just perfect, it is the right size and has function keys for just about anything you would need. If you use "windows" you'll no doubt notice a few new symbols and the Windows key has disappeared. The best thing about this keyboard is that it is backlit meaning that in conjunction with the iSight camera, it automatically figure out the right amount of light for your keyboard and makes typing so much easier. It will also save your eyes when typing in bright light or in the dark.

The trackpad - Another innovation for me - it feels amazing - it is made out of a specially coated glass where your fingers glide across (not scrape across like other laptops), there are no buttons and in fact the whole trackpad is a button - press down anywhere to click. The gestures are fantastic too - scroll by swiping two fingers downwards, four fingers down launches expose where you can see all your open windows and there's much more to do. It will become natural in a day or two of using it.

Software - Mac OS X is included which is no doubt, in my opinion at least, hundreds of times superior to Windows. The Mac comes with loads of free software including the iLife suite which include everything from website building tools to music making and professional video editing tools. There are programs which allow you to take photos and even create a greenscreen style effect with just any coloured wall behind you. The Mac also comes with no crapware or bloatware what so ever so no Norton Internet Security, 'no antivirus or useless webcam programs. It is all good quality programs are there plus some luxury too. 'Bootcamp' software comes installed which makes a Mac the only machine that can legally allows you to run Windows, Linux and OS X on a machine.

Ports - As far as ports are concerned there are a measly two USB ports which is rather disappointing, a Magsafe (power) port an Ethernet port, FireWire, mini DisplayPort, an SD card slot and a combined headphone/microphone jack, it also has a CD drive and on the right side and it has a power indicator button on the left side to check how much power you have without firing up the whole system. Bluetooth and Wifi are here too obviously.

Battery - This was by far the biggest disappointment out of the whole system. Firstly, it is non-user-replaceable meaning I can't carry a spare with me and pop it in - well I could if I carried around a screwdriver and unscrewed ten screws and violated my warranty each time I wanted to replace the battery. Also, the 7 hours claimed life...not true. I have got 3.5 hours with Wifi on and no video playing and 5 hours with no video and no Wifi. To get 7 hours you'd probably need to turn down the screen brightness to the minimum level, have one application running with no background apps, no video, no CD in the drive and have the keyboard brightness turned fully down. It also claims that you will get 3 years of the battery with 1000 recharges no available. That is assuming you only recharge once a day. Having owned this Mac for about 2 months and a week, it is shocking to see that I have gone through 95 recharge cycles already. Almost 10% of my battery in 2 months!? Soon I will start losing hours of battery and I can already tell that 18 months from now I will be 80% of the way to those cycles. The only way to get a new battery is to buy one at the Apple Store unless it loses a lot of power in under a year where Apple Care will cover it during the first year in any Apple store.

Reviews Samsung R519 15.6 Inch Notebook 2.16GHz

I was going to buy a sony but have heard so many people having issues with sony machines recently, so decided to give samsung a go as every other samsung item I have brought has been spot on.

Only thing is, the processor isn't the one listed at the top of the page, it is the one listed in the technical specifications (T4200), which is a better faster cpu with 800mhz bus. I did tell amazon about this but they still havn't changed it.

Thanks Samsung, I took a punt on you and am more than impressed. So impressed that I bought my father one last week (and his had the T4200 aswell).

Screen is 16:9 format, with glossy surface, but actually quite good definition and less reflective than I had feared. Samsung do good keyboards, and this is no exception, has a nice positive feel to it. But although marketed as a recreational computer the lack of dedicated graphics limits it as a games machines, certainly for top end games. Performance wise it is more suited to office use.

My main gripes with Samsung though are poor documentation, and with this model the lack of any backup Win7 or driver disks. OK, there is a backup partition on the HD with reinstallation files, but very little guidance on how to use them. The printed docs are a joke and refer you to the on screen manual - but how do you get to this if the system won't boot into Windows? There is a process to create backup/recovery discs, but using these seems to depend on you being able to run the Samsung Recovery Solution software. Fine as long as your problem isn't an HDD mechanical failure. I presume you'd then have to buy a retail copy of Win7 along with a new HDD.

There is also little help with initial setup - the default for instance is to split the HDD into two equal partitions, one for use and one for backup. So your 250GB hard drive actually ends up as a 108GB working drive! Of course you can change the partition ratios, but that's not something a beginner would find easy to understand the significance of doing.

Windows 7 is brilliant (I had XP before - it's like night and day).
My only real criticism is the bloatware that Toshiba have seen fit to preinstall. Some programs are useful but most of them I deleted because they were either trial versions or just not for me. Of course, some may find them useful.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and hope it does me for a few years.

This comes with the hard drive partioned in two, (not two hard drives as per the previous reviewer). A word of warning, although this comes with back up DVD for Windows, it only contains the 32 bit edition so if the 64 bit edition is important to you (as it was to me) make sure you use the preinstalled back up utility to create a 64 bit back DVD.

Its really great. However i would have liked it to be a bit lighter, and compact. However i do love and the glossy finish practly allover it. do not like the tecstured mous, not used to it, and its not sunken like usuall, its on the same level as the palm rest. I would have liked one hard drive however there are two, this is just a persanal prefrance thoegh. Got windows 7 that is really good, and all the demos, office antivirous etc. Things from toshiba to make your laptop run better, these are (programs made by toshiba for their laptops). Four gb is great, and 320 hard drive is also.

I will have another one, the extra 1" on the screen makes a big difference when sitting next to my NC10, so don't be put off, i just hope yours works better than mine. I'm sure the next one wil be fine. The good points are the design, the screen, the keyboard, the weight etc etc, just this one thing that let's my machine down.
Time for Amazon to display their first class returns policy i think.

This is my 1st netbook and am very pleased, I use my 3G dongle with it on the move and can connect into my home PC's anywhere using logmein.

Battery life seems to be ok, my 1 year old HP notebook lasts about an hour away from the mains, my N510 has been chugging away for 2 hours now and still has 68% remaining...

I bought this netbook last week and I am totally in love with it. I'm a windows user and find that while this has windows XP it loads up reasonable fast, has all the applications you would want, including a word processor in Microsoft Works. The screen is great and it hooked up to my wireless network automtically.
Its light weight, handy to carry, feels sturdy enough, the camera if ok - this netbook is well worth the money.

The acer mini laptop comes with easy applications,brilliant colours & it weights next to nothing & the 6 hr battery was a definate selling point as I found most negitive feed back from other sources was because of lack of battery life.The delivery of the items was very quick as they arrived 3 days after ordering them...I would fully reccommend amazon to anyone...this was my first time using the site but it won't be my last!

Having done a previous review for a Sony vaio laptop I purchased for my daughter, a Sony Vaio NS20EP 15.4 -inch laptop in pink. Which I thought was a great purchase and good value for money
When the house computer a Dell desk top finally gave up the will to continue working after 5 years it was time for a new purchase for myself. Again after a great deal of research both on line and browsing through magazines I was down to a small choice of an Apple and a Sony.
Having seen the Sony at first hand with its ease of use and excellent features such as the screen and keyboard I decided to upgrade to the
Sony VAIO FW41E/H - Core2 Duo T6400 2.00GHz 4Gb 500Gb BD ROM/DVD+-RW/+-R DL/RAM 16.4 inch

Having now used this computer for over two weeks I must say that this is the best purchase I have ever made. The ease of use, the screen the blue ray DVD and all the other features on this lap top are incredible. It has been a while since I have upgraded my computer but I have no regrets over this purchase. I am not a gamer so have not tried this laptop as a gaming machine, but I do use it for digital media and have over 20,000 photos and this is excellent for photographs the fact that it has Photoshop elements 7 already installed is a bonus. I would recommend this laptop to anyone interested in upgrading their current computer it is easy to use has a brilliant key board with a high resolution screen, great for all multi media and handles any programme with ease.

A great value for money purchase

This laptop is a winner. Great screen, great keyboard.
The graphics card seems pretty quick. I only play online games so they do not need the fastest graphics card.
It does not get any where near as hot as the apples do so you can actually put it on your lap.
My only slight query is that if you buy this from anywhere else then they offer you the free upgrade to Windows 7. I cannot find anything on the Amazon site that says that they will do this as well. There is a slip of paper in with the laptop when you get it saying pre registrer your copy of windows 7, but when you go to the sony website this model is not one of them. I have not yet found out whether I can get an upgrade or if I have made a mistake and now need to pay for an upgrade.

Reviews UK Asus X58L - Celeron 575 Laptop

The is the best quality of 3 laptops i've owned (...Toshiba and Sony). The ASUS is much more solid, much better made and doesn't feel like it's going to snap when I pick it up.

The downside is that the celeron processor isn't really powerful enough for the truly awful Windows Vista. I upgraded mine to Windows 7 without trouble and it's a bit better but really all computers now need a dual-core processor. Wish I knew that before I bought it. It's not a problem with the computer as such, any celeron laptop will be the same.

One niggle about Toshiba - sleep mode leaves the fn key disabled and you have to restart windows to get the key to behave. But hibernate mode works quite fast and saves battery, so I made this the default when I shut the lid.

Screen is lovely and someone sitting to the side can see it well. However, if they look over your shoulder from higher up it does not look so good. I hate people doing that anyway so it's not really a complaint.

Sound, keyboard, track pad are all excellent given the price. NB I saved money on security software and downloaded the free Microsoft Security Essentials which, given Windows 7, is probably adequate for my usage.

The Toshiba is equipped with an Intel Processor, a Super Multi DVD Drive and 15.6 inch Trubrite widescreen apparently for clearer brighter images. It's got built in WiFi wireless technology, modem and Ethernet port which provide a wide range of connection options, and the L450 also features an integrated web camera, ideal for video calls. Also featured is Toshibas Face Recognition technology.

I bought the NW20ZF as a replacement for an ageing XP Vaio. The build quality of the hardware is solid and feels like it will last the course. The start up procedure took place without any major hitches. I have encountered no problems in one month of quite heavy use. Very fast operation and I am pleased that I paid a little extra for the ATI graphics chip.

One negative is that some of the bundled software is surplus and unnecessary and needed to be pruned to avoid over burdening the system.

This laptop had a scratch on the screenand, after having this laptop for around 2 days i am experiencing some problems, some of the programmes are not working, error upon error, i have contacted amazon who want me to send it back to them (what a fuss) they wont send a new one out as the already sent two (the first one being lost in transit somewhere) i have contacted sony and various windows experts which whom are all unavailable, amazon cant help except offer a refund, well i need a laptop and no one is itching to help. i am left thoroughly dissapointed, generally it was good, i may ust have a dud machine but the experience has put me off from ordering expensive items online, however all in all it wouldve been easier to pay an extra 10 pounds go to a store and be able to return it and get a replacement the same day should there be a problem.

Reviews Toshiba Satellite L450D-11V

First of all, this is not some sexy, super sleek laptop. It looks basic, it is basic but the build quality is good. The only button (apart from the keyboard) is the power button. There are no extra buttons for WIFI off/on, volume mute, or anything like that. I have to say, I like the keyboard. It has good tactile feedback although it is a little louder than my previous Asus laptop was. It is also a good size (the reason I don't like Netbooks is that the keyboards are just too small for my touchtyping style). Also, there is an analogue volume control on the front by the phone and mic sockets - brilliant, really like this, as it controls the main volumn.

Windows 7 is a bit Meh, in my opinion, it's just like Vista but actually works properly. My previous Asus only had 1GB memory and was soooo slow. I got fed-up and put Linux Minut on it. This laptop, with 7, is zippy and responsive but has 3GB of memory, so that could be why it is quicker.

Bad Stuff: It comes installed with a metric tonne of Toshiba cr@pware, as well as trial office and McAffee AntiVirus. Delete... Delete... Delette... Avast, Firefox, Freebird, VLC, all work really well and the cr@pware is gone, thank goodness.

This is my replcement laptop after my first one just died. Hoooo, hooo, hoo.
I loved my previous one but this new laptop which I bought recently, have saved me from going into depression. Very nice, looks tough, easy to access key board, good navigation. Webcam although not best but sufficient to have chat. Battery life- it says 4 hrs in specification but approx 2.5-3 hrs when fully charged. Fast internet browsing with one touch key. Widescreen. Best is relatively affordable for such a good specification.

Perfect for college has a hdmi socket which means you can hook it up to your hd tv realy easy without vga cable n all that.
They moved their call centre to south africa so no problem with the language barrier which is frequently a problem with other call centres.

Quality build is good and I'm very happy with my purchase so all I can say , for me, this has been a great purchase.

The Sony Vaio has greeat features and build quality at an affordable price. I purchased mine to use for my studies and it hasnt let me down. It is very quick at loading up and can handle multiple tasking. It also has a good battery life around 2.5hrs if in use consistently.
